These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services offered by NCC Montagnin (the "Company"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for each passenger.
Quotes are based on the information you provide (dates/times, pickup and drop-off, number of passengers, luggage, special requests). Final pricing may vary if details change.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. Please review confirmations and notify us promptly of any errors.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and being reachable before the service.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash. A deposit may be required to secure the booking; the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
For airport transfers, the price includes one hour of waiting time. Any additional waiting time will be charged.
If you need to modify your booking (time, route, stops, passengers, luggage), please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
We monitor flights and major transport where feasible. Waiting time policies and additional charges may apply for significant delays outside our control.
For safety, seat belts must be worn at all times. Smoking, illegal substances, and abusive behavior are not permitted. The driver may refuse service in case of unsafe or unlawful conduct.
Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers may be charged to the contracting party.
Please inform us in advance about oversized luggage, sports equipment, or special requirements (e.g., child seats). Complimentary child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, road closures, public order events). In such cases we will use reasonable efforts to provide the service or an alternative solution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vicenza, without prejudice to consumer mandatory rights.
